Our Favorite Pasta Dish in the Our Place Always Pan

This post is sponsored by Our Place. All opinions are my own.

The Our Place Always Pan is on sale for Mother’s Day! If you are stumped on what to get mom this year, I can assure you that she will love this pan! I was a skeptic when I first ordered it after seeing an Instagram ad, and I quickly became a believer with use after use. Not only does it look beautiful sitting on your stove, but the Always Pan essentially replaces 8 pieces of cookware – skillet, non-stick pan, saucepan, fry pan, spatula rest, colander and steamer, making it the perfect companion for one-dish meals! In addition to their new terracotta hue, I also love the colors “steam” and “sage”. Use code GOODTASTE30 today to snag one for your mom (or yourself) for $30 off!

If you are wondering if the Always Pan is truly a “non-stick” pan, I can tell you with certainty that it is. The pan has an exclusive non-toxic ceramic non-stick coating formulated without Teflon, PFAS, PFOAS, PTFEs, Lead, cadmium, toxic metals. I cannot tell you how many pans that I have bought claiming the “non-stick” title only to have sauces and food be nearly impossible to clean off.

Other than the non-stick coating, the thing I love the most about the Always Pan is how functional it is. I can cook an entire pasta dish using one pan to sauté onions, cook and strain noodles, steam vegetables, and keep the entire meal warm while I set the table. If you are looking for an easy meal to make in your brand new Always Pan, here is one of my favorites!

One Pan Pasta Recipe

One of our go-to pasta dishes is this sundried tomato & artichoke pasta. You can make it with chicken or shrimp, but I love it without meat as well. To start, I cooked my noodles al dente and set them to the side. The Our Place Always Pan makes it so easy to strain off excess liquid or cook noodles with the steamer basket. You just insert the beechwood spatula under the handles and lift. After you empty the pan, saute garlic and onion with a little olive oil. I use two garlic cloves and a half of an onion but you can mix that up as you want. Then you just mix in whatever you wish! We like to use a can of artichoke hearts, chopped, and a small bag of sun-dried tomatoes. I will also throw in some baby bella mushrooms and olives, but you can leave those out if you have an aversion to them. Once your vegetables are in the pain, add in ½ cup of your favorite dry white wine and a squeeze of a half of a lemon. Then simply salt & pepper to your liking, add the noodles back in, cover and simmer until you are ready to serve. It’s great with fresh basil and shaved parmesan as well! Serve on one of Our Place’s hand-painted, porcelain plates or in their stackable bowls & enjoy!
