Our Favorite Children’s Books

One of the best parts of our playroom is this wall full of our favorite children’s books. I have always loved collecting books for the girls and they make the best presents. If we had to pick our favorite books right now I think the girls and I would both agree on Uni the Unicorn, The Crown on Your Head and Sisters First are always at the top of our bedtime reading list. They are all such sweet stories perfect for reading to little girls! I will add to this post as our collection grows and let you know new children’s books that we discover and love.

Clear bookshelves for kids books

If you are looking for a great way to display books in a room, I cannot recommend these floating shelves from Amazon enough! They are affordable, durable and extremely well made. The girls have gotten books off of them and put them back, not so gently might I add, and they have held up excellently! Here are the books we have displayed, organized by shelf location.

Shelf One

Dragons Love Tacos | The Greedy Python | The Cool Bean | The Pout-Pout Fish | What Do You Do With an Idea? | Mary Poppins

Shelf Two

The Road Not Taken | Be A Star, Wonder Woman! | Pete the Cat and the Missing Cupcakes | From Eden to Bethlehem | Madeline | We Are the Gardeners

Shelf Three

Llama Llama Red Pajama | Uni the Unicorn | On the Night You Were Born | Giraffes Can’t Dance | Uni the Unicorn and the Dream Come True | The Crown on Your Head
