Playground Style with Rothy’s

This morning we hit the playground to celebrate our bestie Maggie’s 2nd birthday with donuts, squeals and a lot of playground time. I wore my favorite pair of distressed denim, a breezy tank and my new pair of leopard print Rothy’s. When Rothy’s reached out to me a couple of weeks ago to try their shoes I immediately jumped at the chance. I’ve heard about the comfort and versatility of these shoes as well as the company’s sustainable practices (the shoes are made from recycled goods) and was excited to get a first hand experience.

Rothy’s is the ultimate in versatile footwear for moms and now they have expanded their line for girls, too! The shoes are stylish, comfortable and perfect for work, picking up your kids from school, running errands, hitting up a yoga class and generally any activity where you want a shoe that feels great and looks great, too! Not only are they machine washable but they are also made from 100% post-consumer plastic water bottles. To date, Rothy’s has repurposed over 14 million water bottles!

The thing I’m most impressed with by Rothy’s is how comfortable they are! They don’t pull at your heel, don’t rub your toes and the insoles act as a perfect cushion for your feet. It’s not often that you find a shoe this comfortable that has a hard sole. Also, did I mention that they are machine washable?!? Anything that can be thrown in the washing machine gets an A+ from me. You can even buy spare insoles to save time between washings!

Rothy’s offers a huge selection of styles & colors ranging from loafers and classic flats to pointed-toe flats. Now they even carry loafers for girls! Hayden has worn her pink flamingo Rothy’s ever since we opened the package. She even wore them all morning playing at the park and didn’t complain once nor have any blisters on her feet! Plus, will you look at how cute they are?!?! I’m sold and this will not be our last pair!
