Best After Christmas Sales

‘Tis the season to escape the house and cash in on some free time at the mall. Or in my case, hiding on the couch in front of a laptop. We had a great Christmas but I would be lying if I didn’t say it was challenging with a capital C. Our girls are both very much toddlers (Hayden just turned four and Scottie is two) which makes for a lot of Christmas magic, sweet moments and precious memories. Take their excitement and throw in juggling multiple Christmas celebrations and schedules and long car rides and you also have a lot of meltdowns and tears. And the kids are equally as emotional. 😉

So I would be lying if I didn’t tell you how forward I’ve looked to have some alone time to de-stress and tinker around on my computer. You see, I’m an only child and I desperately need alone time. In fact my cousin was asking me about my blog over the holidays and I was telling him that the blog was born out of my desperate desire to own a boutique. I have always wanted to do the business, marketing and buying side of a boutique but I could have never dealt with the customer service aspect. So since I live in the middle of nowhere and I don’t really like people that much so I took it to the internet. I’m mostly kidding but can you even imagine me dealing with an indecisive customer? “I don’t care what you do… buy the shirt, don’t buy the shirt, just leave me alone and let me style this window display”. Doesn’t that sound like the store you’d like to shop in? Luckily for you I know my strengths and shortfalls and have poured all of my energy into this little ole blog and creating sales guides like this one.
