Beauty Bag Breakdown

True life I wish I was a makeup artist. Travel edition. Maybe one day I will brave the vlog world and throw together a little tutorial but for now you have to deal with a cowardly flat lay. It’s a rough life reading this blog, huh? Here are the beauty products I love so much I take them on even the smallest of weekend trips. Maybe I’m high maintenance. Or maybe just highly prepared.

Makeup Products

– Living Proof Flex Shaping Hair Spray – The perfect curl. The perfect hold. The perfect bounce.

– Simple Eye Makeup Remover Pads – Love em. They aren’t super oily like some makeup remover but just leaves my eyes feeling so fresh and so clean clean.

– First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Hydra Firm Sleeping Cream – Bathe in it. Seriously. It’s the best moisturizer I have ever used- not too thick or thin!

– Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit – Right now I’m only using two of these colors so I’m on the search for a more compact version but it’s the best contour kit out there if you want a variety of shades!

– EOS Lip Balm Sphere – Because winter.

– Blame It On NARS Cheek Palette – Love these blushes and the highlighter + contour powder. Some of the time I just pack this & not the Anastasia contour palette.

– L’Oreal Paris Magic Lumi Highlighter – A great highlighter for under your eyes + the bridge of your nose.

– L’Oreal Liquid Glow Illuminator – If you’re trying to achieve the strobing look use this for blush instead of powder.

– Benefit Whatt’s Up Highlighter – Brush it on your cheekbones for a dewy glow.

– Maybelline Master Concealer – A perfect product for some extra touchup for those dark under-eye circles. But be careful because a little bit goes a long way!

– Revlon Photo Ready Power – A perfect dupe for my beloved Makeup Forever HD line.

– Maybelline Brow Drama Gel – One swipe over the brows are filled in, tamed & looking fab!

– Maybelline Eye Studio Master Precise Ink Pen Eyeliner – If you have a steady hand & love a liquid eyeliner this one is great. It doesn’t smudge or run.

– Maybelline The Nudes Eyeshadow Palette – All the eye shadow you will ever need. A cheaper dupe of Urban Decay’s Naked Palette.

– Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Gel – If you don’t want to use the Maybelline version for a little color this one is a great easy step to finishing your brows.

– L’Oreal Paris Superstar Volume Mascara – I have tried a ton of mascaras in my life and this one is my favorite to date!

– Make Up For Ever Setting Spray – Spray this on your face when your makeup is complete and it will set it in place!

– NYX Butter Gloss – This is my favorite lip gloss and it’s only $4.99!

– Maybelline Eye Studio Metal Eyeshadow – A great primer for your eyeshadow!

– St. Tropez Self Tan Bronzing Mousse – This is a GREAT self-tanning product and it’s pretty hard to mess up. There are more than enough video tutorials online to learn how to use it!

– Sephora’s Rouge Shine Lipstick – This is quite possibly my favorite lipstick because it has the right amount of shine!

– Revlon Airbrush Effect – If you buy nothing else buy this! It’s a great dupe for my all time favorite foundation, Make Up For Ever HD Invisible Cover Foundation.
