We are expecting our third baby girl this spring and I have been starting from scratch with all of the baby gear and newborn essentials. When we found out we were pregnant our two girls were 6 and 7. Needless to say, we had donated or given away every single baby item we owned. In fact, several of the items we used for the girls had been recalled due to safety concerns over the past 5+ years. And it seems that almost everything else is just so much better and lighter and more advanced.
As I have been planning out our baby must-haves, I have tried to be quite picky about what we really need and what I think we will honestly use. This time will be quite different because instead of a 20-month-old running around, I will have two built-in helpers. I also know that our life will most likely stay on the go more this time as I cart them to and from school and activities.
