Hayden is 5! We had so much fun over the weekend with our families and closest friends celebrating our girl. It was a very laid back affair but looked pretty because nature makes the best decor. I hung coral lanterns from a tree, pulled a wooden table out into the field for the food and set up a picnic table with baskets full of items for hotdogs, s’mores and squeeze pouches for the kids. On the wooden table I set up a centerpiece made with a bread bowl (more on the assembly later), a white cake adorned with berries & eucalyptus and plenty of yummy food items. In keeping with the fall theme I set items on wooden chargers (find similar here) and laid around halved pieces of pomegranate. Despite all of the festive decor, the highlight of the evening was setting off the paper lanterns. The kids freaking loved it! Here are a few pictures. I hope they help you plan your own laid back fall party!
