New Beauty Favorites

Happy 2017 everyone! I’m kicking off the New Year with a post featuring a few of my current beauty obsessions. Here are the products I’m loving right now from top to bottom, left to right:

The best beauty products to buy now, lipstick, hair wand, sleep mask, serum with sunscreen

Supergoop Sunscreen Serum – This lightweight, anti-aging serum delivers lasting moisture as it improves skin texture and helps protect your skin from photoaging. I love it because it contains both vitamins E & B5 to help defend your skin from free radical damage. You can use it year-round as a primer for your makeup.

Color Cluster Lipgloss in Strawberry Creme – This color was a limited time color but the Bare Pink option is very pretty too! I’m a little bit of a lipgloss aficionado and cannot stand a gloss that is too sticky, doesn’t stay on or dries out my lips. This does none of the above & the color is so pretty!

Silk Sleepmask – I love a sleep mask! It is hard for me to fall asleep with light in the room so I usually put the covers over my head or my arm over my eyes. This is a much cuter option and it feels like butter on your eyes. They sell it in caramel or white online but you can get the pink one in stores!

Glamlash Dramatic Volumizing Mascara in Black – This mascara is amazing! It goes on so smooth and lasts all day without flaking.

Balance & Brighten Foundation in Medium – I love this foundation! You can wear it on it’s own or layer over a liquid foundation. I will wear it over my CC cream when I am just running errands around town. It gives your skin a pretty glow while balancing your complexion.

Tarteist Double Take Eye Liner – This is a great liquid eyeliner that goes on smooth and stays in place! If you are wanting to try a liquid eyeliner but don’t want to invest a lot of money yet then try this one.

3 in 1 Curling Wand – I am a firm believer in my 1.25″ curling iron but I’m already enjoying playing around with this product. I think this is a great investment if you have really long hair and need help getting beachy waves but the verdict is still out on if it will take the place of my go-to iron.

Brow Stylist Definer in Blonde – I regularly use the Anastasia Brow Wiz eyebrow liner and needed a replacement in a pinch so I googled a good dupe for it and this L’Oreal pen came up. So far I’m really impressed with the quality – especially for the price! It doesn’t go on as well as the Anastasia one so you have to do a good job coloring in but the color and the size of the pen are almost identical.

Texturing Hair Spray – I received this Quai hairspray in a sample kit and I really love it. It has a lightweight finish and gives your hair great texture. I use it when I’m going for the tousled wave look.

Eye Basics Primer in Linen – This is a wonder product! I have always used a primer and my original love is a Mac Paint Pot in Painterly. However, I think this one is going to take it’s place for a couple of reasons. First of all it isn’t as thick but it is just as creamy and covers so well. You only need a dot or two to cover the entire lid. But the main reason I love this product is the shape and the applicator. I love a product that has a built in applicator so I don’t have to get my fingers every color of the rainbow.

Lip Gloss in Orgasm – Again, hoarder of the lip glosses. This one is beautiful and has a shimmery, peach color. It’s perfect for a minimal or dewy look.
