Instructions
– slice baguette diagonally in ¾” pieces
– whip ricotta cheese until fluffy
– spread cheese onto baguette slices & pop into the oven for 5 minutes at 350 degrees
– top with apricot preserves
– sprinkle with crumbled bacon
– serve & enjoy
