Want to make bunny cinnamon rolls for breakfast?! Or how about a cute pancake spread? Here are a few of my go-to breakfast ideas to make Easter morning extra sweet.
How to
You will need two rolls per bunny. Use the first cinnamon roll for the face then cut the second in half for the ears removing the center arch if there is one to have ears with two loops instead of three. Place the ears atop the face and pinch the dough together really well on the sides of the ears!! Bake your bunnies at 400º for 10-12 minutes. Once baked, add icing in the center of the face and ears immediately so that it melts to cover using a knife to guide it if necessary. Lastly, add sprinkles and enjoy!
If you feel like you need more icing you can always make your own with ingredients you likely have on hand. Cream half a cup of butter until smooth. Add in three cups of powdered sugar one cup at a time, to the butter, alternating with one to two teaspoons of vanilla and one and a half tablespoons of milk.

If you want an easy brunch or dinner idea… make a breakfast board! Pancakes (pancake bunny optional), eggs, biscuits or bagels, fruits & toppings. I put ours on a baking sheet to hold the toppings in. It’s a fun way to pass the time that the girls loved grazing & making their plates!
Another option is an Easter take on a charcuterie board. I cooked some pancakes, eggs, and bacon and combined them on a baking sheet with all the pancake toppings you could want! You can use anything that you like but we went with berries, chocolate and white chocolate morsels, strawberries, walnuts and whipped cream! I also included some grapes and mini cinnamon raisin bagels! You could use a fancy dish, but a baking sheet works so good! I love these from Target and my white dishes are Vietri Belleza (similar). It’s a fun way to pass the time on Easter morning as the girls loved grazing & making their own breakfast plates!
If you want to make the perfect large pancakes, I highly recommend the Our Place Always Pan. Seriously it’s the best pan I’ve ever had. If you’ve ever struggled to flip a pancake, get The Pan!
