Get ready with me on just a normal Saturday in the summer. This easy summer makeup look takes five minutes. I have some redness and breakouts to cover, so that’s the priority here. You’ll see in the video, but here are some tips I shared while getting ready:
- Start with an SPF. I’ve linked three favorites below and use Revision in the video.
- I don’t highlight and contour in the summer.
- If you are using a face setting spray, apply it to your face before you apply your mascara.
- Eye makeup is prone to running in the summer due to sweat or the pool, I highly suggest using a mascara primer. Just like a face primer, it’ll help your mascara stay put.
- If you need to touch up SPF during the day, I recommend Supergoop Invisible Setting Powder.
