Quick & Easy Lettuce Wraps

Here is how I make one of our favorite weeknight meals. We love to eat alongside coconut rice!

Ingredients

– Saute 1 clove of minced garlic w/ olive oil & 1/4 of a chopped onion.
– Add grass-fed beef & cook until browned then transfer the contents of the dish to a strainer & drain excess fat.
– Add in chopped sweet pepper, water chestnuts & shredded carrots (or whatever veggies you want).
– Add in round 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar & 2-3 tbsps of liquid aminos. You can use soy sauce if you prefer or add a little hoisin sauce if you have it.
– Season with salt & pepper, cover & reduce to a simmer for around 5-10 minutes.

We like to eat over butter lettuce & topped with sweet chili sauce!
