The temperatures have dropped and it’s officially loungewear season. Maybe it’s just pregnant me, but I think everyone is ready to be comfortable and cozy but still look like you can leave the house if necessary. I won’t lie, I’m not above dropping the girls off at school still in my sweats. But thanks to Athleta, I now have matching loungewear sets and separates that are cute and comfortable, yet appropriate enough to leave the house.
Casual Enough to Leave the House
These days, I just don’t have the energy to change outfits whenever I leave the house, so I need anything I wear to be comfortable enough to lounge (or work) in, but also appropriate for errands. I think the loungewear trend is here for another season, so I’ve stocked up.
These Salutation leggings feel like butter. I’ve said it before, I’m a leggings person while pregnant so I’ll be living in these leggings this fall. They have pockets and come in a ton of colors.
If you’re more into the matching loungewear sets, try the Balance Jogger and Balance zip-up hoodie. You know I love a good hoodie in the fall and this one can be paired with the joggers or with the leggings.
This hoodie is not a zip-up but it’s lightweight enough for the transitional weather. I think it looks great with leggings. If you need a heavier weight sweatshirt, this Coster Luxe Sweatshirt is long enough to cover your backside while not looking frumpy. I really like the side slits right now.
The Pranayama Wrap is probably the most “dressed up†of all the loungewear pieces but it’s still super comfortable. It’s definitely something you want to have if you’re working from home and want to be in loungewear but need to quickly pull it together to get on a Zoom call. It comes in 14 colors and I think I’m going to get some more because it’s so versatile.
Nightime Loungewear Set
For pajamas that are appropriate to leave your bed, I really like these shorts and t-shirt set. If a nightgown is more your sleeping style, they have one in the same fabric that is super soft. They also carry pants, leggings, joggers and bras. The Nightime Bliss collection is great for those who sleep hot.
