Cowboy Caviar

The easiest & *best* dip IMO.

A fresh, simple side that can be thrown together in 15 minutes? Sign me up! If your garden is overflowing with summer tomatoes, this is the recipe to use up all the produce. Serve as a salad – or with Siete Lime Tortilla Chips if you really want to live. Make Cowboy Caviar for your next get together and prepare for rave reviews! 

Ingredients

• Diced tomatoes (a can or the equivalent of fresh)
• Diced sweet onion (I use 1/2 an onion)
• Diced green pepper (1 large green pepper or you can use yellow or orange)
• A can of black beans (rinsed)
• A can of sweet yellow corn (drained and rinsed)
• A can of shoepeg corn (drained and rinsed)
• Kraft zesty Italian to taste! (usually around a cup)

Directions

Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator. 
Serve it with some hint of lime @sietefoods chips if you really want to be living.
Dice tomatoes, onion and pepper. 
Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour dressing to taste over the other ingredients and stir well.
