Happy Monday Friends! Today I want to talk about my go-to outfit for transitioning into fall when the days are still warm but the nights get a little chilly. I live in the mountains, but I spend many of my days down in Greenville, SC. Since I’m constantly changing elevations I need outfits that transition with me. For early fall I love to wear a great pair of flares with some comfy block heels and a easy breezy tunic. This tunic is one I have been wearing on repeat because I can’t get enough of the thin fabric and longer length. It’s currently sold out but I’m going to link it anyways incase it comes back in stock. You can find a similar look here or here.
Since the evenings in the mountains get fairly chilly starting early September I always have a jacket on hand to layer with. This year my go-to jacket of choice is going to be this tan leather one. As much as I would love to pretend that I could pull off the edginess of a black leather jacket daily that just isn’t realistic with my style. I think that the tan color of this jacket makes it very wearable with a number of different looks and I intend to wear it over and over again.
Top off the look with my trusty Ray-Bans and a great crossbody and I’m ready for a day running errands, picking up and dropping off kids and heading right into date night. What do you think? You would wear this look? I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!
