Last week we went to the JW Marriott at Marco Island for a conference and absolutely loved it! The resort is so nice, the (heated) kids pool is amazing and the beach is huge & beautiful. I don’t have a full review on the property because I basically just laid in a beach chair and played with my girls in the pool for three days but from what I did get to experience I highly recommend it. I was just so impressed with everything and would love to go back for a full vacation, especially at their adults-only tower.
Our stay was short and I didn’t get to sample all of the cuisine due to corporate dinners but I couldn’t complain with temps in the high 70s and low 80s! It was so nice to escape from the freezing rain and have sunshine on my skin while my girls swam until exhaustion. Here are a few of the things that I packed for myself and the girls that might help you when you’re planning your spring break activities! My girls are in preschool and we’ve never taken a “spring break” trip but now that I’ve had a taste of vitamin D I’m starting to reconsider.

If you buy nothing else from this list I highly recommend this top, this hat and these wedges. I’ve worn this hat and these wedges for two seasons now and this shirt is one of my favorite. I also am loving this line of tees for travel and these are my favorite sandals! As far as swimsuits go I have this one-piece in a medium and love it! It’s not as low cut on me because I tie the string tighter. I also bought this bikini for the trip and am really impressed with the coverage. If you’re looking for your littles as well, here are few options for baby girls!
