Apricot & Ricotta Crostinis

AN EASY CROWD-PLEASER

‘Tis the season for tailgating, Friendsgivings, family get-togethers & Christmas parties. Save this post for a simple appetizer that will be a hit at your next get-together!

Ingredients

  • baguette
  • ricotta cheese
  • apricot preserves
  • crumbled bacon

Instructions

  1. slice baguette diagonally in ¾” pieces
  2. whip ricotta cheese until fluffy
  3. spread cheese onto baguette slices & pop into the oven for 5 minutes at 350 degrees
  4. top with apricot preserves
  5. sprinkle with crumbled bacon

serve & enjoy

And they look great on a charcuterie board!
