Greenville City Guide

If you haven’t heard of Greenville, SC by now then come on out of whatever rock you’ve been living under… it’s May, the weather is nice and I have a lot of things to catch you up on.

One of which being my love for Greenville! It’s been named one of the 10 fastest growing cities in America, one of the best places to live, and earned the title of one of America’s greatest main streets over the past few years. Awards and accolades are great and all but sometimes you need to hear it straight from the horse’s (blogger’s) mouth. After all I am a local(ish). I grew up an hour south of Greenville and, since our town was extremely small we shopped, ate and even played club sports in Greenville. Then while at Clemson I frequented this pretty city nestled at the foot of the Blue Ridge weekly, dare I say, daily on occasion to again shop, eat and play.

Post graduation I moved to Greenville after brief stints playing in Charleston and working in Charlotte (#recession). Now I live just north of Travelers Rest which is close enough for me to beebop on down the mountain weekly, dare I say, daily to visit all my favorite shops and restaurants and hair dressers and doctors and well, you get the picture. See? Local(ish).

So without further ado here are the must-visit places in Greenville, as decided by yours truly and a ton of my girlfriends with really great taste.
